If within 30 days from your purchase, you are not fully satisfied with any of the products, you may request any of the following:
Proof of purchase from Pro Air Tools is required for all return, refund and exchange requests. We also require anyone who wishes to return a product or request a refund to fill up our Return/Refund Form for us to get the details necessary for carrying out the process. Once we were able to process your return/refund request, we will notify you via email or via phone call, whichever method you prefer to be reached, once your refund is credited to your credit card or original payment method that you used upon ordering.
With regards to product exchange, please note that we only accept this type of request if the product delivered to you is defective or damaged. If a customer opts to request for product exchange with “change of mind” as the reason, we will need to ask him/her to return the product in its original packaging (the product should not be used or installed in any manner), with all the expenses shouldered by the customer to our office address at 103 Edwin Pl. Asheville, N.C 28801.
We understand that change of mind happens from time to time. Thus, if you want to cancel an order, our customer supports will assist you.
If you wish to request for cancellation, you may contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible for us to assist you with your concern.
