Air Tool Training & Resources — Pro Air Tools

Get the most out of your Le Lematec pneumatic tools with our guides, tips, and how-to resources. Whether you're setting up a new sandblaster, adjusting your air regulator, or maintaining your compressor system, we've got you covered.

Getting Started

New to air tools? Start with the basics: make sure your compressor delivers adequate CFM for your tool, always use clean dry air with a proper filter/regulator setup, and wear appropriate PPE including safety glasses and hearing protection.

Sandblasting Guides

Our sandblasters work with a variety of media including aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, glass beads, and baking soda. Choose your media based on the surface material and desired finish. Coarser grits (60–100) work best for heavy rust removal, while finer grits (150–220) are ideal for surface preparation before coating.

Air Tool Maintenance Tips

Keep your pneumatic tools performing at their best with regular maintenance: oil air tool inlets before each use, drain moisture from your compressor tank daily, replace inline filters when flow decreases, and store tools in a clean dry environment.
