Bundle Shipping FAQ

When you order a bundle from Pro Air Tools, items ship in multiple separate packages — one for each component — from the warehouses where each item is stocked. This is how we keep bundle prices low while using our fulfillment partner's nationwide network. Below are the most common questions about how bundle shipping works.

Why did I receive multiple packages?

Each item in a Pro Air Tools bundle ships from the warehouse where it's stocked. Because the warehouses are independently managed, each item ships as its own package with its own tracking number. The bundle discount applies regardless of how many packages your order ships in.

How long between the first and last package arriving?

Most bundle shipments arrive within 1 to 2 days of each other. In rare cases — for example, when one warehouse is unusually busy — a single package may arrive up to 3-5 days after the others. If your delivery window exceeds 5 business days between packages, contact customer support and we'll help track each shipment.

Will I receive separate tracking numbers?

Yes. As each package ships, you'll receive an email with its tracking number. You can also see all tracking numbers on your order page once they're available.

What if one package is delayed or lost?

If a package is delayed beyond its expected delivery window, or if tracking shows it as lost, contact customer support. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to either locate the package or send a replacement of that specific item.

Can I return only one item from a bundle?

Yes. Each item has its own tracking number and can be returned independently under our 12-Month Satisfaction Guarantee. If your return changes the bundle composition enough that the remaining items would have cost more than you paid, we recalculate the bundle discount and refund the difference.

Are bundle items the same as buying each item separately?

Yes — the products are identical to the same SKUs sold individually on Pro Air Tools. The bundle just gives you a curated set at a lower combined price than buying each item one at a time.
