Proof of purchase from Pro Air Tools is required for all return, refund, and exchange requests. With regards to product exchanges, please note that we only accept this type of request if the product delivered to you is defective or damaged. If a customer opts to request a product exchange with “change of mind” as the reason, the product must be returned in its original packaging.
