If your order has not been shipped yet, we will process your order cancellation and refund the amount you paid. But, once your order has been shipped, we will process your order cancellation request and refund when we get to receive the product back to our warehouse. All our products are covered with one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to items having a manufacturer's defect.
